There's no place like home for Manitowoc Lincoln, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Green Bay East Red Devils by a score of 20-12 on Saturday. The Ships' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Several Red Devils players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Demarion Brown, who picked up 132 receiving yards and one score. Brown really caught the secondary sleeping when he pulled down a catch that went for 90 yards. Abrian Allen also helped out with an impressive 81 receiving yards.

Manitowoc Lincoln's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Green Bay East, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Manitowoc Lincoln will take on Sheboygan South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Ships will be up against the Redwings' rather soft defense (which has allowed 38.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Green Bay East, they will challenge Green Bay West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Devils will be up against the Wildcats' rather soft defense (which has allowed 28.13 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
