Lutheran North waltzed into their match on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Richmond Blue Devils by a score of 2-0. The game was the first time the Mustangs have beaten the Blue Devils on their court since November 1, 2023.

Delaney Behring paced Lutheran North's offense, picking up eight kills. Behring got some help from Grace Tobey and her 20 assists. Gisela Hanna controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Lutheran North's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Richmond, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3-2.

Lutheran North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Port Huron on the 25th. As for Richmond, they will square off against Mt. Morris at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
