Volleyball Recap: Port St. Joe Takes a Loss

Port St. Joe lost against Marianna back in October of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Tiger Sharks lost 3-0 to the Bulldogs. The Tiger Sharks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Port St. Joe was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Marianna's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23, 26-24.

Port St. Joe now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Marianna, their victory ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 8-8.

Port St. Joe has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Wewahitchka on the 30th. As for Marianna, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Community Christian on the 30th.
