Basketball Recap: Cherokee Comes Up Short

After flying high against Claiborne last Monday, Cherokee came back down to earth. The Cherokee Chiefs came up short against the Grainger Grizzlies on Tuesday, falling 66-43. The loss continues a trend for the Chiefs in their matchups with the Grizzlies: they've now lost nine in a row.

Cherokee's defeat dropped their record down to 10-16. As for Grainger, their win bumped their record up to 8-17.

Cherokee has already played their next matchup (against Claiborne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Grainger does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
