Temecula Valley came tearing into Thursday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Great Oak Wolfpack 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Golden Bears, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Savannah Sheridan paced Temecula Valley's offense, picking up 16 kills. Sheridan got some help from Stephanie Gonzalez and her 15 assists. Sheridan was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Great Oak's loss came despite strong showings from Sydney Danylchuk and Georgia Parks. Danylchuk had 15 assists and six digs, while Parks had 14 digs.

Temecula Valley's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Great Oak, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8.

Temecula Valley wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against Murrieta Valley on the 23rd. As for Great Oak, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Murrieta Mesa on the 23rd.
