Volleyball Recap: Paden City Wildcats vs. Southern Indians
Paden City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southern Indians.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-13.
Among those leading the charge was Kennedy Lewis, who had four digs, four aces, and a kill. Those four aces gave her a new career-high.
Paden City's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Southern, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.
Paden City will be playing at home against Notre Dame at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southern has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Cameron on the 9th.
