Volleyball Recap: Oak Park-River Forest's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Oak Park-River Forest waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Joliet West Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Huskies: when they faced off against the Tigers on Friday, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Oak Park-River Forest can attribute much of their success to Kate Bailitz, who had nine digs and four assists. That's the most assists Bailitz has posted over her last six contests. Emmi Bozarth also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Oak Park-River Forest's victory bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Joliet West, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 16-3 record.
