Soccer Game Preview: Stafford vs. King George

Stafford is 0-3 against King George since March of 2017 but things could change on Monday. The Indians will venture away from home to take on the Foxes at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Stafford came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against Brooke Point, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, King George was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Culpeper County could gain the upper hand on Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Stafford now has a losing record of 2-3. King George's draw makes their record 0-1-1 this season.

Stafford suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to King George in their previous matchup back in March of 2022. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
