Basketball Recap: Evergreen Comes Up Short

Evergreen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 32-16 to the Nathan Hale Raiders.

Nathan Hale was led to victory by Opal Wilson and Bella Wilson. Opal posted three points along with 14 blocks and six boards, while Bella went 5-for-8 on her way to 11 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Those 11 points gave Bella a new career-high.

Evergreen's loss dropped their record down to 2-19. As for Nathan Hale, their record is now 2-18.

As of now, neither Evergreen nor Nathan Hale have any future games scheduled.
