After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Celina, Defiance was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans by a score of 22-10. The Bulldogs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

A big part of Defiance's victory came down to the chemistry between Noah Gomez and his top target Anthony Wilder. Gomez rushed for 77 yards and two touchdowns while Wilder rushed for 166 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries. Gomez has become a key player for Defiance: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.
