Timpson's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They walked away with a 61-48 win over the Wolfe City Wolves. The Bears' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Wolfe City still got an impressive performance from Hd Davis, who rushed for 205 yards and three scores on only 15 carries. Davis really tore up the turf during one magnificent 88-yard run. Daniel Guillen also helped out with an impressive 87 receiving yards.

The victory got Timpson back to even at 2-2. As for Wolfe City, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Timpson will be playing at home against Hooks at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Wolfe City, they will face off against Nocona at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. The Wolves will be up against the Indians' rather soft defense (which has allowed 39.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
