Basketball Preview: New Bridge Academy Crusaders vs. Millwood Bobcats
The New Bridge Academy Crusaders will head out on the road to face off against the Millwood Bobcats at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. New Bridge Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Despite the defeat, New Bridge Academy got top-tier performance from Ross Scott, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten steals. Scott is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. New Bridge Academy better focus on containing Griffin Aktalay and Hazem Elkarim as the pair were huge in Millwood's win. Aktalay went 7 for 14 on his way to 17 points and seven boards, while Elkarim almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds. Elkarim has become a key player for Millwood: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least eight boards, but 1-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Sayed Elkarim, who posted five points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.
