Princeton never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past the Zimmerman Thunder 9-0. Considering the Tigers have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Princeton has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Zimmerman, their defeat was their tenth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-14.

Princeton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Zimmerman, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-5 victory against Fridley on the 22nd.
