Memorial is 8-1-1 against Heritage since February of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Warriors will challenge the Coyotes at 5:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, neither Memorial nor Centennial could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Heritage kept a clean sheet against Independence on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Knights by a score of 2-0. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Heritage's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 89th, while Independence are ranked 386th).

Claire Allen and Anna Li scored both of Heritage's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 31 goals.

Heritage has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3-2 record this season. Memorial's draw gives them a new season record of 5-8-3.
