Warren benefitted from Berdine in 6-4 loss
Warren was sadly handed a loss on Tuesday, but Brady Berdine did his best to prevent it. Meadville had no answer to Berdine as he struck out ten batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk).
Berdine and Warren will head out on the road to face off against McDowell at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Berdine has dominated as far as earned runs are concerned (he's averaged 0.8 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering McDowell has only allowed three per game this season.
