Basketball Recap: Midwood's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Midwood won the last time they faced Robeson Business Tech and things went their way on Saturday too. The Midwood Hornets walked away with a 58-48 victory over the Robeson Business Tech Eagles. The win was some much needed relief for the Hornets as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

The victory got Midwood back to even at 6-6. As for Robeson Business Tech, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Midwood will head out to square off against John Jay at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Robeson Business Tech, they will venture away from home to take on Brooklyn Technical at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
