Keveon Rodgers leads a balanced attack to beat Trinity Academy

Recap: Hertford County Bears vs. Trinity Academy Tigers
On Saturday, Hertford County earned a 60-48 victory over Trinity Academy. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hertford County.
Hertford County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Keveon Rodgers , who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. Rodgers has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times he's played. Jayden Robinson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Hertford County's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Trinity Academy, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 6-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hertford County and Northeastern will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 10th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Northeastern focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up six on Friday. As for Trinity Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Cary Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Cary Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Friday.
