Basketball Recap: Orange Lutheran Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Orange Lutheran was the 63-50 winner over Corona del Mar when they last played one another back in December of 2017, but their luck changed this time around. The Lancers lost 98-77 to the Sea Kings on Saturday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Wednesday (69), the Lancers still had to take the loss.

Despite the loss, Orange Lutheran still got an impressive performance from Josh King, who posted 32 points. The contest was King's seventh in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ethan McCoy, who earned 12 points.

Orange Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Corona del Mar, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Orange Lutheran will challenge Austin Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Corona del Mar, they will take on La Costa Canyon in a tournament on Wednesday.
