Baseball Recap: Parsippany Takes a Loss

The Parsippany Redhawks might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 3-1 to the Warren Hills Regional Blue Streaks, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Redhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Parsippany saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryan Sunga, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Parsippany's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Warren Hills Regional, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

Coming up, Parsippany will challenge Delbarton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Green Wave will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Redhawks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Warren Hills Regional, they will face off against Bernards at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
