Soccer Game Preview: Mount Tahoma vs. North Thurston

The Mount Tahoma T-Birds will take on the North Thurston Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mount Tahoma's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 13 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Friday, Mount Tahoma didn't have quite enough to beat Lakes and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, North Thurston entered their game against Lincoln on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rams took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Abes. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as North Thurston came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 88th, while Lincoln are ranked 212th).

Mount Tahoma's loss dropped their record down to 1-12-1. As for North Thurston, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3-5.
