Baseball Recap: Coupeville Wolves vs. South Whidbey Falcons
Coupeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the South Whidbey Falcons, falling 13-0. If the Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 14-1 to the Falcons when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Coupeville's record now sits at 0-6. As for South Whidbey, their victory bumped their record up to 2-5.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Coupeville will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Darrington at 4:00 p.m. on April 8.
