Roncalli is a perfect 3-0 against Gibraltar since May of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Jets will host the Vikings at 4:30 p.m. Roncalli has given up an average of 7.4 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Roncalli is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 16 runs on Saturday, they were much more limited against Valders on Monday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (16-1), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. They haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Roncalli saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Madison Lamers, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Gibraltar can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran, sneaking past 8-7.

The team relied heavily on Addison Richmond, who earned three RBI and one run. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Abby Jarosh, who earned one RBI and two runs.

Gibraltar hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in six consecutive games.

Roncalli's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Gibraltar, their victory bumped their record up to 3-13.

Roncalli was able to grind out a solid win over Gibraltar in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, winning 11-6. Do the Jets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
