Soccer Recap: Shasta Charter Academy Comes Up Short

Shasta Charter Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Los Molinos Bulldogs.

Shasta Charter Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Los Molinos, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shasta Charter Academy will head out to take on West Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Los Molinos, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Paradise at 12:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Paradise's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
