Baseball Recap: Notre Dame Prep Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Notre Dame Prep won against Arizona College Prep on Tuesday with seven runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Saints came out on top against the Knights by a score of 7-3. Winning may never get old, but the Saints sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Trystan Swayda looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk any time he's pitched this season.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Owen Boeding, who went 2-for-3 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season. Brayden Higby was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
