Volleyball Recap: Swett Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bethel, Swett was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Vallejo Redhawks. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Redhawks back in September, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

In the three sets Swett was on fire: they won each by at least 25 points. The final score came out to 25-0, 0-25, 25-0, 25-0.

Swett's win bumped their record up to 5-13. As for Vallejo, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Swett is set to take on their familiar foe Richmond at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Vallejo will square off against rival Bethel at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
