Soccer Recap: Timberland Extends Road Winning Streak to Three

Timberland's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Manning Monarchs by a score of 3-1. While Wolves didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Robby Ireland and Jayden Lampkin scored all three of Timberland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Timberland's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three games. As for Manning, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Timberland will face off against Andrews at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Manning, they will take on East Clarendon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Manning is facing East Clarendon at the right time seeing as East Clarendon is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
