Soccer Game Preview: Skyview vs. Gateway

The Skyview Wolverines will challenge the Gateway Olympians at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Skyview is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to seven goals last Thursday, they were much more limited against Adams City on Tuesday. They lost 4-1 to the Eagles. Skyview were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Meanwhile, Gateway managed to keep up with Adams City until halftime last Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Olympians came up short against the Eagles, falling 4-0.

Skyview's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-1. As for Gateway, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6-1.
