Recap: Beatty Hornets vs. Indian Springs Thunderbirds
The Beatty Hornets's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their seventh straight loss. They received a tough blow as they fell 45-27 to Indian Springs. If Beatty hoped to take revenge for the 39-36 loss against they when the teams met, then they were left disappointed.
Among those leading the charge was Jacob Gourley, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Concoby, who scored eight points.
Beatty's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Indian Springs, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beatty will take on Round Mountain at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Indian Springs, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Spring Mountain at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
