Volleyball Recap: Deuel Takes a Loss

Deuel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clark/Willow Lake Cyclones. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cardinals of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-15.

Deuel's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Clark/Willow Lake, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Deuel will square off against Castlewood at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clark/Willow Lake, they will face off against Florence/Henry at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
