Basketball Recap: England Falls to Dewitt in First Game of Season

England unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a hard 55-37 fall against the DeWitt Dragons on Monday.

England's loss came despite strong showings from Kamon Raynor and Peyton Binns. Raynor posted 15 points, while Binns put up 12 points.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. England won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Poyen at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for DeWitt, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Des Arc at 6:30 p.m.
