Basketball Game Preview: Bethel-Tate Tigers vs. Whiteoak Wildcats

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bethel-Tate Tigers challenge the Whiteoak Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Monday... The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Bethel-Tate has struggled recently with six defeats in a row, while Whiteoak will arrive with three straight wins.

Last Tuesday, Bethel-Tate came up short against Clermont Northeastern and fell 48-40. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly eight points.

Meanwhile, Whiteoak was able to grind out a solid victory over Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington on Saturday, taking the game 59-52.

Bethel-Tate's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Whiteoak, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Bethel-Tate came up short against Whiteoak in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 38-29. Can Bethel-Tate avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
