Football Game Preview: South Cobb Eagles vs. Harrison Hoyas + How To Watch

South Cobb hasn't had much luck against Harrison recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Hoyas at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, South Cobb lost to Campbell at home by a 26-10 margin. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 14-14 at halftime, Harrison was not quite McEachern's equal in the second half on Friday. They were beaten by the Indians 48-21. The loss was the Hoyas' first of the season.

South Cobb will have to contain Dj Huggins as he made an impact in Harrison's last game. He picked up 127 receiving yards and three TDs. Huggins' receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 107 receiving yards. Aiden Watson also helped out by tossing the rock for 259 yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Harrison fell to 5-1. As for South Cobb, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Friday's game will pit two of the most dominant signal callers against one another: Freedom Jones and Watson. Jones just won't slow down this season and has averaged 137.7 passing yards per game. Watson has been a dominant force too and has averaged 236.5 passing yards per game.
