Soccer Recap: Edison Starts Season with Victory Against Crestview

Edison had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their defense stepped up to hand the Crestview Cougars a 14-0 shutout on Saturday. It was an even better day for Alex Davidson as he scored eight goals for his team.

Coming up, Edison will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Eastwood at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Crestview, they are headed away from home for the first time to challenge Loudonville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Crestview's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
