Araceli Fernandez put up the most aces she's had since back in October of 2024 on Friday. She wasn't messing around, getting 16 digs and four aces. The contest was her eighth straight with ten or more digs.

Fernandez and Hondo will head out on the road to challenge Lytle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Owls are 8-1 against the Pirates going back to August of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
