Baseball Game Preview: Neuqua Valley Wildcats vs. Naperville North Huskies

For the second straight game, Neuqua Valley will face off against Naperville North. The Wildcats will host the Huskies at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Neuqua Valley was able to grind out a solid victory over Naperville North, taking the game 5-2.

Josh Repmann spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on seven hits and racked up seven Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Andy Barkley, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Joe Barkley, who went 1-for-3 with two runs.

Naperville North now has a losing record of 13-14. As for Neuqua Valley, their win bumped their record up to 12-13-1.
