Father McGivney Catholic lost against Collinsville back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Griffins fell 2-0 to the Kahoks. The Griffins' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-14.

Despite the defeat, Father McGivney Catholic saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Dax Lieberman had six digs and one block.

Father McGivney Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Collinsville, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-15 record this season.
