Softball Recap: Pearl River Extends Road Winning Streak to Four

While Pearl River put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Suffern. The Pirates were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Mounties. The result was nothing new for the Pirates, who have now won eight contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Pearl River pushed their record up to 12-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Suffern, they are on a 26-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

As of now, neither Pearl River nor the Mounties have any future games scheduled.
