Basketball Recap: Red Lion Takes a Loss

Red Lion lost against William Penn back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Red Lion Lions took a 62-55 hit to the loss column at the hands of the William Penn Bearcats.

Among those leading the charge was Nasir Barnes, who posted 22 points. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 20 points. Another player making a difference was Tyson Smith, who scored nine points.

Red Lion's defeat dropped their record down to 13-4. As for William Penn, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

Red Lion has already played their next game (against William Penn), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. William Penn does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
