Clayton entered their tilt with Garner on Wednesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Their defense stepped up to hand the Trojans a 2-0 shutout. Clayton's winning goal came courtesy of Chris Serrano.

Clayton's victory bumped their record up to 10-2-1. As for Garner, the loss snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 7-5-1 record.
