Baseball Recap: Deep Run Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Deep Run, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They blew past the J.R. Tucker Tigers 13-3 on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Carson Strieffler was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Henry Jennings, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with four stolen bases and two runs.

Deep Run always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as J.R. Tucker only posted an OBP of .417.

Deep Run's record now sits at 10-4. As for J.R. Tucker, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
