Volleyball Recap: Elk Rapids Takes a Loss

The Elk Rapids Elks came up short against the Shepherd Bluejays on Saturday and fell 2-0. The Elks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Elk Rapids' defeat dropped their record down to 11-18-1. As for Shepherd, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10-2 record this season.

Elk Rapids has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Reed City on the 11th. As for Shepherd, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Kingsley on the 11th.
