Football Recap: Diller-Odell Griffin vs. Leyton Warriors
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Diller-Odell had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Leyton Warriors 54-26. The Griffin might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by 21 points or more this season.
Diller-Odell was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 249 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Leyton only rushed for 89.

Despite the loss, Leyton saw an underclassman step up: freshman Colt Van Anne threw for 66 yards and two touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 44 yards. Austin Beutler was in the mix as well, providing Leyton with two touchdowns.
