Boise came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Borah Lions, falling 14-4. The Brave's loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Kate Walsh made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Lily Binford was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Boise's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Borah, they pushed their record up to 3-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Boise will challenge rival Meridian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Borah is set to face off against their familiar foe Timberline at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
