Softball Recap: Make It Two in a Row for Conrad

Conrad played against Roosevelt on Friday and won via forfeit.

The win made it two in a row for Conrad and bumps their season record up to 12-8. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 runs in those games. As for Roosevelt, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Conrad will take on rival Kimball at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Roosevelt is set to face off against their familiar foe North Dallas at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
