Football Recap: Oyster Bay Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Oyster Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 34-13 to the Island Trees Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, the Baymen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 463rd, while the Bulldogs are ranked 213th).

Oyster Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Island Trees, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Oyster Bay will face off against rival East Rockaway on Saturday. Meanwhile, Island Trees is set to take on their familiar foe West Hempstead on Saturday.
