Baruch College had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 17-run drubbing they dealt University Neighborhood on Monday. The Blue Devils Bearcats put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 25-8 victory. The result was nothing new for the Blue Devils Bearcats, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Baruch College pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for University Neighborhood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
