            Baseball Preview: Cedar Bluff Tigers vs. Pleasant Valley Raiders        
        
		
        
        
            For the second straight game, Cedar Bluff will face off against Pleasant Valley. The Tigers will be playing at home against the Raiders  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Cedar Bluff is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.1  runs per game  this season.
Cedar Bluff fought the good fight in their extra-innings  matchup against Pleasant Valley  on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Raiders by a score of  6-5. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

 On the hitting side,  Isaac Bishop was cooking despite his team's loss,   getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Caleb Edmondson, who  went 2-for-6 with two  RBI and one  double.
 Pleasant Valley's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Cedar Bluff, their loss dropped their record down to 18-9-1.
