2A Greater St. Helens recap September 24, 2013

Long moved up to 54 from 81 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 2A Greater St. Helens. The Lumberjacks climbed the ranks as a result of beating Kelso 42-21.

Ridgefield fell to River Ridge 39-3 last week, the largest margin of any game. Nathan Eggleston was a bright spot for the Spudders, as he ran for 59 yards and caught 2 passes for 15 yards in the loss.

Ridgefield's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Nick Martin threw for 104 yards and Aaron Canton had 42 yards receiving. Jordan Baur helped Ridgefield's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 25 yards.

Dan Andersen's team's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver.
