Basketball Recap: Kemper Academy Comes Up Short

Kemper Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 48-16 loss at the hands of the Russell Christian Academy Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-29 on January 6th.

Kemper Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Russell Christian Academy, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6.

Kemper Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Russell Christian Academy, they will challenge Victory Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Russell Christian Academy is facing Victory Christian at the right time seeing as Victory Christian is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
