Volleyball Game Preview: Muskego Warriors vs. Marquette University Hilltoppers

The Muskego Warriors will take on the Marquette University Hilltoppers at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Wednesday, Muskego made easy work of Oconomowoc and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Muskego walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-19, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Marquette University earned a 3-1 victory over Menomonee Falls on Wednesday. The Hilltoppers haven't had any issues with the Phoenix recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-17, 17-25, 25-22.

Muskego's victory bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Marquette University, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.

Muskego skirted past Marquette University 2-1 in their previous matchup back in September. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Hilltoppers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
